Delivery Time
As JianTai is dedicated to custom machinery manufacturing, our delivery times are longer than those for standard machines. We are committed to providing highly customized products for each customer to ensure all needs are met. The specific overseas delivery time is 35 working days.
Delivery Process
1. Order Confirmation
Upon receiving your order, we will confirm all customization requirements and specifications with you in detail. Once everything is confirmed, we will start production. This process might take additional time to ensure your product meets all your requirements.
2. Production Cycle
Depending on the type of equipment ordered and the customization needs, our production cycle typically ranges from 20 to 30 working days. During this period, we adhere strictly to all design and quality standards to ensure that every stage of production is efficient and precise.
3. Quality Inspection
After production is completed, our quality control team will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the product, including functionality tests and safety checks. This process usually takes about 3 to 5 working days to ensure the equipment meets all factory standards.
4. Packaging and Shipping
Once the equipment passes the quality inspection, it will be packaged. To ensure your equipment remains safe and undamaged during transportation, we use high-quality packaging materials and select appropriate packaging methods based on the nature of the equipment. Packaging and loading generally take 2 to 3 working days.
Shipping Notification
We will notify you promptly about the shipment status of the equipment, including the expected arrival time and tracking information. We use reliable logistics services to ensure you can track the equipment’s shipping status in real-time.
Handling Delivery Delays
Since the equipment we manufacture is highly customized, there might occasionally be unforeseen delays in production. If this occurs, we will inform you as early as possible, providing detailed reasons for the delay and a new delivery time.
